JAMESTOWN, NY - For Older New Yorkers' Day 2023, New York State Office for the Aging presented Russell E. Diethrick, Jr. of Chautauqua County with Governor Hochul’s 2023 Exemplary Volunteer Service Award for his 45 plus years of volunteering.
