Join the WISE class, Wellness Initiative for Senior Education.  Celebrate this exciting stage of life and all the benefits that come with it while learning about safe medication use, communicating effectively with healthcare providers and strategies for healthy living. Each fun and interactive 2 hour class runs for 6 weeks.  


WHERE: Charlotte Villa, 3 Church Street, Sinclairville
WHEN:  Thursdays starting August 20th weekly for 6 weeks at 9:30 A.M.
