Wellness Initiative for Senior Education (WISE) - Dunkirk

Join the WISE class, Wellness Initiative for Senior Education.  Celebrate this exciting stage of life and all the benefits that come with it while learning about safe medication use, communicating effectively with healthcare providers and strategies for healthy living. Each fun and interactive 2 hour class runs for 6 weeks.  


WHERE: The Chautauqua Center, Dunkirk at 75 E. 3rd Street
WHEN:  Wednesdays starting August 19th and weekly for 6 weeks at 9:30 AM
