During the June 2024 meeting of the Chautauqua County Legislature, County Executive Paul M. Wendel Jr. and Legislature Chairman Pierre E. Chagnon proudly honored Mike Zamborik as Firefighter of the Year. Mike’s quick thinking and courageous actions during an emergency response to a plane crash at the Jamestown Airport are credited with saving lives.
