Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program: Coupon Booklets Now Available

MAYVILLE, NY - Chautauqua County's Office for Aging Services is excited to announce the availability of Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program coupon booklets for income-eligible older adults.

These coupon booklets, valued at $25, can be used at farm stands and farmers markets to purchase fresh, nutritious, locally-grown fruits, vegetables, and herbs.

- Fredonia Farmers Market
- Westfield Farmers Market
- Jamestown Farmers Market

Eligibility Criteria:
- Income Limits:
  - $2,322 per month for a household size of 1
  - $3,051 per month for a household size of 2
-  Age: Must be 60 years or older (please bring proof of age)

Program Details:
- Each eligible senior can receive one coupon booklet.
- This program is FREE for all participants.
- If you have not yet received a coupon booklet and meet the eligibility criteria, we encourage you to take advantage of this wonderful opportunity.
