Join the WISE class, Wellness Initiative for Senior Education. Celebrate this exciting stage of life and all the benefits that come with it while learning about safe medication use, communicating effectively with healthcare providers and strategies for healthy living. Each fun and interactive class runs for 2 hours.
WHERE: Three convenient locations through the county! Herbert Star Apartments in Brocton, Chautauqua Colony in Lakewood, and The Chautauqua Center in Jamestown.
WHEN: Wednesdays or Thursdays starting October 7th and 8th - weekly for 6 weeks. Times are either 9:30 to 11:30 A.M or 1 to 3 P.M. depending on location.
