Worried about Falls? Have you limited your activities because of falling concerns? There is something you can do. The Alliance of New York State YMCA's is offering a live online workshop called "A Matter of Balance: Managing Concerns about Falls". The workshop series is 2 classes a week for 5 weeks. This evidence based class will teach you tips to make falls more controllable, set easy goals, make simple changes to reduce your risk, and practice gentle exercises that build strength and balance.
WHEN: Mondays and Wednesdays every week for 5 weeks, from 12:30 P.M. to 2:30 P.M starting August 31st.
