Local Roots CSA Program - Registration Now open!

LOCAL ROOTS CSA Registration is now open!  


What is LOCAL ROOTS CSA?  This is a community supported agriculture program where you can order a $15 valued produce box to be picked up at various "pop-up" locations around the county on a weekly basis starting July 1st for 10 weeks.  

 

Where do I pick-up my CSA Share?    Choose from one of the locations below.

Registration?  All registrations are on-line at https://grownby.com/farms/jamestown-farmers-market/shop.  If you have SNAP, choose the SNAP-Local Roots Produce Share.  All others choose Local Roots Produce Share.

What does it cost?  The total value of the program is $150 ($15 weekly for 10 weeks).  However, Payment and Check Out Options at on-line registration varies.  

Those who are SNAP participants will choose to "Pay In full and Pay Offline" at check out.  Then bring your SNAP EBT card weekly to be swiped $5 weekly at pick up whereby you get 10 weekly shares for a total of $50.
Those without SNAP, you will also choose "Pay In Full" and then you can choose Payment Method as credit card  with total payment due at check out.  Or you can choose Pay Offline and bring a check for the total payment due to your first pick up.  Please note that the first 50 non-SNAP registrants can enter a coupon code "OFAS26" to get $50 off total payment due at registration in which you get the program at a final cost of $100 instead of the full value of $150.
