CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY, N.Y. -- A recently released report is reaffirming the position by local leaders that a number of outside factors are inhibiting economic development across New York State, including Chautauqua County.

The Chautauqua County Ethics Board will be holding a meeting on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. in Room 331 of the Gerace Office Building, 3 N. Erie St. in Mayville, N.Y.
Current members of the board are John Hamels, Diane Hannum, and Stephanie Stevens.
The Chautauqua County Planning Board’s monthly meeting will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 7th, 2025.
The meeting will be held at the Dunkirk Airport at 3389 Middle Rd, Dunkirk, NY 14048. The Board will begin the meeting in the conference room of the County’s Highway Building, which is located at 2 Aero Drive, Dunkirk, NY 14048.
