Board of Ethics Meeting
The Chautauqua County Ethics Board will be holding a meeting on Wednesday, September 10, 2025 at 1 p.m. in Room 331 of the Gerace Office Building, 3 N. Erie St. in Mayville, N.Y.
Current members of the board are John Hamels, Diane Hannum, Stephanie Stevens, and Darlene Nygren.
Funding Opportunity: Low-Interest Loans Available for Hazard Mitigation Projects
The New York State Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services (DHSES) has announced a new funding opportunity through the Federal Safeguarding Tomorrow through Ongoing Risk Mitigation (STORM) Act. This program, administered by FEMA, provides states with capitalization grants that can be used to offer low-interest loans directly to local governments.
