Caregiver Support Group - South County

Caregiving is a labor of love, but you shouldn't have to do it alone.  Often, we don’t realize how much we are carrying.  Office for Aging Services provides a safe, judgment-free space to share experiences, access resources, and receive emotional support at our monthly support group.
 

When: Tuesday January 26th at 12 P.M.
Where: Jamestown Office for Aging Services at 107 Institute Street in Jamestown on the 2nd Floor.
 

Alzheimer's Association Presentation: Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body

Alzheimer's Association presents "Healthy Living for Your Brain & Body".  Learn about research in areas of diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement.  Incorporate these recommendations into building a plan for healthy aging.

Memory Cafe at the Reg Lenae

You are invited to the Reg Lenna Memory Cafe!  

WHAT:  A FREE monthly arts & cultural respite event for those with dementia or memory loss and their caregivers.  Experience and Enjoy the Arts with local artists and performers in a safe space where lunch is provided.  At the January Memory Cafe, yoga instructor Andrea DiMaio will lead us in chair yoga with simple stretches and movements.  Start the New Year with positivity and relaxation!
