Caregiving is a labor of love, but you shouldn't have to do it alone. Often, we don’t realize how much we are carrying. Office for Aging Services provides a safe, judgment-free space to share experiences, access resources, and receive emotional support at our monthly support group.

Alzheimer's Association presents "Healthy Living for Your Brain & Body". Learn about research in areas of diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement. Incorporate these recommendations into building a plan for healthy aging.

Experience and Enjoy the Arts with local artists and performers in a safe space where lunch is provided. At the January Memory Cafe, yoga instructor Andrea DiMaio will lead us in chair yoga with simple stretches and movements. Start the New Year with positivity and relaxation!
