Alzheimer's Association provides a presentation for anyone interested in a better understanding of dementia in our community, common signs of the disease, risk factors, and the challenges associated with caring for someone living with dementia.

NYS Caregiving & Respite Coalition provides complimentary 6 week series of classes to help you enhance your self-care wile supporting a loved one, whether at home or afar.  This six-week course gives you the confidence and support to better care for your loved one - and yourself!  The classes give caregivers, like you, tools to help including reducing stress and communicate your feelings, manage time and set goals, solve problems, make tough decisions, and locate helpful resources. 

A space for family caregivers to share experiences, reduce stress, learn coping strategies, and connect with resources like respite and training.
