Wellness Initiative for Senior Education (WISE) in Sinclairville

Join the WISE class, Wellness Initiative for Senior Education.  Celebrate this exciting stage of life and all the benefits that come with it while learning about safe medication use, communicating effectively with healthcare providers and strategies for healthy living. Each fun and interactive 2 hour class runs for 6 weeks.  


WHERE: Four public locations through the county!  Sinclairville Fire Hall


WHEN:  Wednesdays starting April 29th and weekly for 6 weeks. 1 P.M. to 3 P.M.
