Virtual - Tai Chi for Arthritis and Falls Prevention

Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention is an enjoyable evidence- based program that incorporates classes twice a week for 8 weeks (or once a week for 16 weeks), along with home practice. It helps to improve muscular strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina.

The 2027 Workshop Series begins the weeks of January 11, April 12, July 12, and October 12. Workshops are held twice a week for 60 minutes over 10 weeks. All times are Eastern Time (ET).
