Powerful Tools for Caregivers (VIRTUAL)

NYS Caregiving & Respite Coalition provides complimentary 6 week series of classes to help you enhance your self-care wile supporting a loved one, whether at home or afar.  This six-week course gives you the confidence and support to better care for your loved one - and yourself!  The classes give caregivers, like you, tools to help including reducing stress and communicate your feelings, manage time and set goals, solve problems, make tough decisions, and locate helpful resources. 

WHEN:  Six Wednesdays from January 14th through February 18th, 2026 from 1 PM to 2:30 PM

(January 14th, 21, 28th, February 4th, 11th, and 18th)
