The Chautauqua County Legislature's Public Facilities Committee discusses a proposed lease agreement that would relocate several County departments into a centralized office building at 310-322 East Third Street in Jamestown.
The proposal would authorize the County Executive to enter into a 10-year lease with 310-322 East Third Ventures, LLC beginning in 2027, following the expiration of current leases for the South County Office Building and other leased office spaces in Jamestown.
