Honoring Richard Dixon: A Legacy of Economic Impact in Chautauqua County

At the June 2024 Chautauqua County Legislature meeting, County Executive Paul M. Wendel Jr. and Legislature Chairman Pierre E. Chagnon recognized Richard Dixon, longtime Chief Financial Officer of the Chautauqua County Industrial Development Agency (CCIDA), for his outstanding career and lasting impact on local economic development.
