MAYVILLE, NY -- Friday, January 12^th, Kevin Roldan Pantojas of Jamestown, New York, was sentenced to 10 years in state prison after being convicted of Manslaughter in the First Degree for his role in the shooting death of Jesus Batista Perez which occurred on August 19, 2022.

MAYVILLE, NY – District Attorney Jason Schmidt announced Wednesday that the defendant charged in the shooting death of Joseph Misciagno, which occurred in Sinclairville, New York on July 5, 2022, has pled guilty to felony manslaughter in the case.

MAYVILLE, NY – Kevin Roldan-Pantojas, age 24, of Jamestown pled guilty on November 13, 2023 to Manslaughter in the 1st degree, a class B felony, for the homicide of Jesus Batista-Perez, which occurred on Prendergast Street in August 2022 in the City of Jamestown.

MAYVILLE, NY – Paul Davis, age 27, of South Dayton, was sentenced Tuesday, December 5th, by Judge David Foley to an indeterminate state prison sentenced of 2 to 6 years for a violation of probation.

MAYVILLE, NY – William Buckley, age 48, of Jamestown pled guilty on November 27th to Burglary in the 1st Degree, a Class B violent felony, for a home invasion that occurred December 26, 2022 in the City of Jamestown.

MAYVILLE, NY – Jorge Garay, 38, of Jamestown was sentenced Monday, December 4th, to an indeterminate state prison sentence of 3.5 to 7 years by Judge David Foley after being convicted of Robbery in the 3rd degree, a class D felony.

MAYVILLE, NY – District Attorney Jason Schmidt announced Monday that John Anzalone has been sentenced by Chautauqua County Court Judge David Foley to twelve [12] years’ determinate in state prison plus five [5] years’ post release supervision. 

Jonathan Camacho-Monge, age 24 of Jamestown, was sentenced Monday to a determinate state prison term of 20 years with 5 years of post-release supervision by Judge David Foley after being convicted of Manslaughter in the 1^st Degree, a Class B felony, for the homicide of Angel Pacheco that occurred on October 19, 2021 on Water Street in the City of Jamestown. Mr. Camacho-Monge pled guilty to this charge on September 5^th.

JAMESTOWN, NY – A 29-year-old Jamestown man was sentenced Monday in connection with a felony robbery and attempted assault of a correction’s officer at the Chautauqua County Jail.
