MAYVILLE, N.Y. – Chautauqua County Executive Paul M. Wendel Jr. has extended Emergency Order No. 1, first issued on May 18, 2023, and Emergency Order No. 2, first issued on September 29, 2023.
ARKWRIGHT, NY - Heavy lake-effect snowfall caused the collapse of a barn on Tarbox Road in the Town of Arkwright on Monday, resulting in the deaths of five cows and trapping approximately 100 others.
