Wreaths Across America is seeking community support to honor 1,200 U.S. service members laid to rest in Soldier’s Circle at Lakeview Cemetery in Jamestown. The annual wreath-laying ceremony will take place Saturday, Dec. 19, 2026, with the goal of placing a veterans’ wreath at every gravesite.

Guided by its mission to Remember the fallen, Honor those who serve, and Teach future generations the value of freedom, Wreaths Across America relies on community members, businesses and organizations to help make the annual ceremony possible.

How to Get Involved

  • Sponsor a wreath: Individual wreath sponsorships are $17. Community members can sponsor a wreath through the Lakeview Cemetery Wreaths Across America website.
  • Volunteer: Volunteers are needed to place wreaths during the Dec. 19 ceremony and assist with event operations. To get involved, contact Tony Galati at Anthony.m.galati@skf.com or Pam Sigular at psigular@gmail.com.
  • Spread the word: Help reach the goal of 1,200 wreaths by sharing the initiative with family, friends, neighbors and local organizations.
