Silver Creek High School Demolished for New Senior Housing

After 45+ years of vacancy, the former Silver Creek High School is coming down to make way for a $20M senior apartment complex. The new 54-unit building will bring affordable housing and renewed energy to downtown Silver Creek. Completion is set for summer 2026.
