Chautauqua County Clerk Greg Carlson and Chautauqua County DMV Administrator Kerri Smith are pleased to welcome Scott Carlson as our newly hired full-time Motor Vehicles Representative.
Scott officially joined the Chautauqua County DMV on January 15, 2026, and is assigned to the Jamestown DMV Office. A Jamestown resident, Scott is a Falconer High School graduate, a SUNY Fredonia alumnus, and a proud U.S. Navy veteran. We’re grateful for his service and excited to have him serving our community.
📍 The Jamestown DMV is open Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
