MAYVILLE, NY – The Chautauqua County Office for Aging Services (CCOFAS), through a partnership with USAging and the Aging and Disability Vaccine Collaboration (ADVC) grant, is offering free Spring Health Kits designed to help individuals monitor vital signs and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.
