MAYVILLE, N.Y. – Chautauqua County Executive PJ Wendel Jr. has extended Emergency Order No. 1, first issued on May 18, 2023, and Emergency Order No. 2, first issued on September 29, 2023.
MAYVILLE, NY – District Attorney Jason Schmidt announced Monday that John Anzalone has been sentenced by Chautauqua County Court Judge David Foley to twelve [12] years’ determinate in state prison plus five [5] years’ post release supervision.

Jonathan Camacho-Monge, age 24 of Jamestown, was sentenced Monday to a determinate state prison term of 20 years with 5 years of post-release supervision by Judge David Foley after being convicted of Manslaughter in the 1st Degree, a Class B felony, for the homicide of Angel Pacheco that occurred on October 19, 2021 on Water Street in the City of Jamestown. Mr. Camacho-Monge pled guilty to this charge on September 5th.
