Chautauqua County System of Care Rebrands and Launches A New Website
MAYVILLE, N.Y.: Tapestry was developed in 2008 when the first Cooperative Agreement was awarded to the Chautauqua County Department of Mental Hygiene by the federal Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). After 14 years and two grant expansions, Tapestry has rebranded and launched a new website today.
