What to Expect

Parent-Child Play & Learning

Enjoy guided, hands-on activities led by a physical therapist, an occupational therapist, and a special instruction teacher. Activities are designed to support children's motor, social, and developmental growth, with ideas families can continue at home.

Parent Connection & Education

While children enjoy supervised free play, parents have an opportunity to connect with other families, share experiences, and learn from child development professionals and local guest speakers. Families can also learn about community resources and supports.

Cooking with Kids- Nutrition & Lunch

Families prepare and enjoy a healthy meal together with Cornell Cooperative Extension staff while building practical cooking skills. Families can also take home ingredients to recreate the recipe and earn useful cooking tools by attending multiple sessions.
