Facebook Live Talk with Mental Health Professionals on Stress

The County Executive and Chautauqua County Department of Mental Hygiene is holding a short Facebook live event to offer residents additional opportunities to interact with health care professionals as they navigate the holiday season.

Mental Health Professionals from the Department of Mental Hygiene and the Resource Center will provide a brief, 10-15-minute talk on stress on Friday, December 18 at 1 p.m., which can be accessed through the County Government  Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/ChautauquaCountyGovernment/ . Residents are encouraged to join in and ask other mental health related questions.

Guest experts will also discuss another one-to-one tool called myStrength, a digital behavioral health tool that helps empower individuals with engaging, clinically-proven resources. Viewers can request a free sign-up code to access the many benefits that over 1,400 people in Chautauqua County are already signed up for and using.
