Healthy at Home CHQ Coalition
Who We Are
Healthy@Home CHQ is a community coalition of individuals and agencies united in the belief that everyone deserves a safe and healthy home environment. Members include folks working in the fields of education, maternal and infant health, lead poisoning prevention, safety, community improvement, social services, legal assistance, social justice, municipal government, property owners, and more. New members are always welcome!
The Coalition is supported by the Chautauqua County Health Department’s Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Program and local HUD Healthy Homes and Lead Hazard Reduction grants.
What do we do?
Healthy@Home CHQ members are invited to participate in work groups to address the need for community education and policy change. Full Coalition meetings are held quarterly and include guest presenters sharing information about topics such as fair housing, eviction protections, environmental exposures, and local resources to assist property owners and tenants.

Citizen's Opportunity for Development & Equality, Inc. (C.O.D.E.) | C.O.D.E. is a not-for-profit corporation founded in 1981 to promote revitalization activities in the City of Jamestown, Cattaraugus County, Chautauqua County, and Western NY. They focus on neighborhood preservation and community development. |
