Combat Addiction CHQ Community Event- Evening Event

The Chautauqua Substance Abuse Response Partnership (CSARP) will be hosting a Combat Addiction CHQ community event on Tuesday, October 29, 2019 from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at JCC North Training and Conference Center, 10785 Bennett Rd. in Dunkirk, N.Y. 

The event will engage and educate the community about the activities and findings of the Rural Communities Opioid Response Program (RCORP) grant. It also will feature guest speaker Robert MacKenzie.

Combat Addiction CHQ Community Event - Morning Event

 The Chautauqua Substance Abuse Response Partnership (CSARP) will be hosting Combat Addiction CHQ community event on Tuesday, October 29, 2019 from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Chautauqua Harbor Hotel, 10 Dunham Ave. in Celoron, N.Y.

Jamestown Out of the Darkness Walk

The annual Jamestown Out of the Darkness Walk, hosted by the Community Alliance for Suicide Prevention, will be held on October 5, 2019 at Saint Luke's Episcopal Church, 410 N. Main St. in Jamestown. Registration opens at 8:30 a.m. with opening remarks and the walk beginning at 10 a.m.

Those who are unable to participate in the walk are invited to stop in to make a donation, or  purchase baked goods, American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) merchandise or a ticket for a basket raffle. There will also be local suicide prevention resources.
