Want to learn more about the CHQAging Expo & Conference?
WHERE: SUNY Fredonia, Williams Center
WHEN: Thursday May 21st, 2026 from 10 AM to 2 PM
WHO: All are invited to the FREE Expo & Conference. This event is meant for our older adult population as well as their children, caregivers, and aides. It is also meant for those in our community who serve older adults such as housing service coordinators.
WHAT will the day hold?
- The Exhibit Hall with 75+ vendors providing information and resources for aging well at home. Registration is not required for browsing the exhibit hall. There will be a basket raffle. Enjoy the New Horizons Band!
- The Conference: Interactive, conference style informational sessions will be offered in 8 classrooms around the perimeter of the exhibition hall at 10:30 AM, 11:30 AM, and 1 PM.
- A total of 24 classes or personal consultations! There will be limited seating for these interactive sessions so pre-registration is encouraged.

- Lunch: Available at your leisure between 11 AM and 2 PM. Food Trucks outside with some locations accepting the CHQAging card and cash/credit sales. Additionally, SUNY Fredonia will provide Box Lunches in the basement of the Williams Center where seating is also available to sit and enjoy your meal for CHQAging card holders.
- Transportation: We do not want lack of transportation to keep you from attending this valuable event! Assistance available upon request in the on-line registration form. This will automatically register you for transportation and we will contact you around mid-May with the specifics.

Parking and Directions
Park in lots 9A- 9D, the CHQAging Wooden Trolley will provide a complimentary shuttle service for you between the Williams Center and the parking lot.
If entering from Central Avenue, turn right onto Ring Road and follow to parking lots 9A - 9D. The CHQAging Wooden Trolley will provide a complimentary shuttle service will between the Williams Center and the parking lot.
If entering from Temple Street onto Old Main Road or Park Drive, turn left onto Ring Road and follow to parking lots 9a-9D. The CHQAging Wooden Trolley will provide a complimentary shuttle service will between the Williams Center and the parking lot.
